The IRM offer is so poor I also feel sorry for the trees sacrificed for the paper work.
Figure all Zohar wants in enough acceptance, when added to his current shareholding, to get control and boot the current Board out.
Based on the recent Board and shareprice performance TMX management could have something to worry about.
TMX is the worst performing junior gold I own.
All other junior/mid/senior golds I own are up at least 50% since Oct last year. TMX are about the same.
