It depends, Not really needed as not much short term financing needed.

we do have an obligation to McCabe around 70 million (september09) it was proposed to issue shares increasing his stake in VPG from 3% to 19.9% (Diluting holders by 16.9% at around 19c)

this looks like it will be deferred, if not VPG has the cash to pay him.

So it comes down to operating cash flow, If they need some, then down the track Cap raising is an option but not essential IMO.
