But a nice merger scenario in the Street Talk section of the AFR today.
Bullet points include ordinaries get 31% of the merged entity, hybrids 32% (conversion at face value to ordinaries in merged entity) leaving 37% for Ruralco.
This is the same column that telegraphed the Ruralco move about a week before the announcement so I think this is probably a reasonable reflection of what Ruralco and their advisers are thinking.
