In the end, there are so many variables to consider.
If forestry is divested at or around book value, on face value, 32.5 cents feels too low and would be hard to accept.
REMEMBER THE ONLY REASON THE SHARE PRICE IS AT THESE MISERABLE PRICES IS HIGH DEBT LEVELS AND CASH SAPPING FORESTRY. DIVESTING THIS ASSET AT BOOK VALUE KILLS BOTH. BIRDS.
