I bought some today. It's definitely cheap no matter how you look at it. In particular, I see a lot of value in the Gabon block. High working interest, already a contingent resource with lots of upside, next to a proven oil field and close to existing infrastructure. PVD is really lucky or competent or both to secure an 80% interest in that block.
