I have commented on this before. Maybe the price rose because of the CR, maybe it would have risen regardless. They didn't need the money at the time. So why pull the trigger early? I bought after the CR so I don't really care, I wasn't diluted and probably got to buy cheaper than I could have. So I am not a disgruntled holder. Just making observations.
