Also NOT correct. They raised at 38c because it took ages to get a break above 40c that held for over a day or two. When they did get a break they raised at 38c because that was a normal discount to the price when it was negotiated. Without that CR and the associated huge over-subscription making it clear we were the real thing, we would not be in our current position (ignoring the current pull-back which is just an anomaly).
