Who exactly owns the IP right now? I don't understand any of...

    Who exactly owns the IP right now? I don't understand any of this honestly. I wouldn't mind someone laying it all out for me, explaining what happened to the IP, how Metal Storm Inc continues to operate when they had a debt to Metal Storm Ltd., and so on ... I assume that since the IP was licensed to Metal Storm Inc from Metal Storm Ltd, then it ended up in the hands of the administrators and was sold off to someone?
