re: most undervalued stock on the asx!!! it does look good P&L wise, only concern I have with it is the $128mill of investment properties it has valued on its books and if this is being used to prop up P&L via revaluations. This is obviously helping its $2.60 NTA currently but would like to know what the $128mill comprises of. NTA has risen from 89c the prior half yearly and profits have not been $1.70 of the NTA so has there been a revaluation of this asset? NTA has tripled in the 1 year period between last prelim and the corresponding prior prelim. More research to do....
