Suspect that ORS will have to go to the market directly with a CR!

I'm not sure that telling the market that their assets are worth more than their current market cap is a good idea?

Who is to blame? - Management or the Market?

I think management's intentions are good - however think that they just don't get it in the real world (that we currently find ourselves in today)!
