S3 greater than mil not sure if mean dollars or shares but yes cross trade can be shares or warrants ie long or short. Mixed feelings about these things, just had PNV do a large S3 but it was a director buying from a fund and a 3b followed, where with LYC over the past couple of years seem to on conversion warrants were issued for shorting positions (IMO). I don't have the resources to get that info. Low volume share is worth keeping an eye on as sign of manipulation. Hopefully this non protein aqua-culture feed sales is starting to gain traction. Maybe one of the directors is doing a buy as their timing is restricted with ASX rules and company releases. Well there's my glass half full opinion
