re: bpc now in preopen I may be wrong but the fact that they are waiting for a board meeting tips the balance slight in favour of it being something the board are not expecting, i.e. someone looking to buy them.
Gievn his shareholding would have to tip most likely scenario as Rank (Harts vehicle) looking to take the company public. Given he has nearly 60% he probably only needs to offer about 10% maybe 20%, not a huge premium?
