one of the other guys mentioned this before - but most of the trading platforms only quote stock that is listed. they don't quote un-issued stock i.e. escrowed stock.
pretty much all the recent listings, and back door listings have escrowed stock.
it's not the same as fully diluted options, because it's issued stock, just not quoted.
in the last few pages of the app5B the company has to report capital structure. that's the easiest place to look for the fully stock on issue.
It doesn't make too much difference in this case - but you can really distort your numbers if you don't include them.
