Starting to look very appealing for a topup at these prices. The microcaps tend to get hit pretty hard when global markets get the jitters.
For those that are concerned about the capitalisation of R&D, you can get some level of comfort by taking operating cash flows and subtracting cash payments for intangibles. You will still end up with about a $500k inflow. Couple this with the top line growth, which suggests that the capitilisation of the R&D is resonable.
My only small gripe is that the profit growth hasn't translated to EPS growth due to the annual issuing of options to the directors. There are still 300,000 in the money options outstanding, so this issue won't go away anytime soon.
