I like their FuzeNet acquisition, which gives them the ability to expand their offering. The recent price action is a result of the market betting on management, rather than fundamentals at the moment. I would certainly be interested in picking some up if it had a good pullback. There are other businesses that I follow in this space that look fundamentally better in my opinion and have also made great acquisitions allowing them to expand very quickly which is key when taking on large competitors in a once in a lifetime land grab. That's not to say that UWL won't do well in the next 12 months as earnings are off a low base.
