@TDA - BB brought 10mill shares (.01c) in the initial offer, he was gifted 3 Options for every share he subscribed for, as per the terms of the offer. Hence the 3,333,333 (.01c) Options he now holds.
Now 11Mil shares - IMO 1Mill on-market buying.
