Yes, the original notice from Lynas was what I quoted as a copy-and-paste. And yes, I missed the fact that the Mining News article was the one Dan was quoting from - and THEY were the ones who got it wrong.
Thanks for pointing that out.
The bottom line is that Lynas and the whole Gebeng industrial park, were NOT affected by the floods, apart from access roads.
