@danbradster: I think you're either making deliberate mischief for some reason, or YOU have misunderstood the announcement. What you have written as a supposed quote is a blatant fib.
The announcement says - and I quote via copy and paste - "Despite significant rainfall in early December causing flooding which restricted access in and around the Kuantan city area, [b]the Gebeng Industrial Estate, in which the LAMP is situated, was not directly affected by flooding.[/b] "
So that last bit you have in bold in YOUR post is total crap.
