    Because it's an amendment to the agreement. Now the finalisation of said agreement will be late to the original announcement. Essentially, they missed the target on Panax and are extending it out.

    I've done some googling and I cannot find any website for PANAX Pharma s.r.o. I can see the company was created in 2014 and that's about it. Does anyone have ANY information on this company?
