ive waited along time to get to opportunity to get a great stock like AVB in my portfolio and at the right price, i bought last week at 13.5c its 10% of my portfolio now.
I should have bought more, ahhhhhh i love saying that when im on a winner,i would rather say that than say i should have bought less when you buy and they go in the wrong direction.
Im definately holding this one though, someone said this could be the next SFR, would kill me if i sold below 20c and 6mths later than are closer to 50c.
interesting to see what happens tomorrow? profit takers or more buying to come??
