It is noted with the appointment of John that we are actively seeking a chairman. Any guesses what sort of background and experience PB would be looking for?
It would make sense that a non executive director with tier 1 production experience would be paramount also.. Unless PB is taking it on.
Also, with how integrated SMS is with TNG it would also make sense to get someone on the board from a senior position within SMS.
Its has been very good foresight that PB hasn't loaded up the board with redundant members and can now strategically strengthen the company based on TNG`s business model.
