It is fair to presume that the EIS for the mine will passed soon enough, but the lack of information about progress and timelines for the EIS for the refinery has been concerning me.
My understanding is the EIS for refinery hasn't been lodged yet and I am concerned about the potential for this to be a lengthy process, as has been the case with the EIS for the mine.
Does anyone have information about progress and likely timeframes for the refinery EIS? Happy to be wrong, but seems unlikely TNG could get finance or start work on the mine without EIS approval for the refinery.
