Agree without Tivan TNG would be just another vanadium deposit.
AVL doesn't have as much deposit as TNG but as you say does have a higher grade.
If there were a T/O once in production would they need to include both?
The mining production plant wouldn't necessarily involve the Tech side of it. Yes?
