    Time is always a risk when it comes to IP.
    However, with SMS in TNGs corner it would be difficult for another player to duplicate the TIVAN process and avoid paying royalties to TNG/SMS. ...and it appears the costs to develop and set up a competitive solution would be too much for most. The more refinement SMS put to the refinery processes and build plan the more IP that is held. Looking forward to hearing PB speak next week.
