Of course "something" is going on. The reasons I see it are either illegal or immoral, probably both and because I (no-one?) has proof it is slanderous to mention them. SO lets stick to facts....
Ao-zhong have been locked in for quite a while. Their initial buy in was 61M shares at 11c so $6.7M AUD in Jan 2012. Apart from the big dump of around 20M shares when Woojin (a Korean company, hint hint) signed they have held on. After the dump both Chinese directors were let go, one on good terms and the Ao-Zhong guy on bad.
I have to be careful here.. The Chinese industry is quite well know for its lack of respect for copyright, look at cars and pretty much any form of industry. I am sure they have clever people too and do invent but come on...

Ao-Zhong is a subsidery of China's ECE. Look it up, make your own conclusions....
So why hang on and leave all that capital tied up when you could sell for a profit at anything above 11c?
Why the aggressive stack and dump after they got their TRT shares?
I actually like the stacked sell. It shows a willingness to sell, lets face it someone could grab them. A big difference from the last dump where they waited for a great Ann and let the buy side stack up all the way from 17 to 30 and then DUMP with no warning.
Look at GBE and Ao-Zhongs aggressive moves and their loss too. I posted something about this after the "big dump" but cant be bothered looking it up. I think they were about $30M down the drain at the time and I concluded that they needed to get money out of TNG to assist their other positions. They also mailed GBE shareholders and insisted they get a position on the board.
The sooner the board sort these turkeys out the better for everyone.
