I've noticed in general that during a downtrend when an up day is followed by a down day that closes at or below the previous day's close we have several more days of price declines to look forward too.

PRR (and others) may get a boost in the lead up to Obama's speech on Sept 5th. Keep an eye out.
BTW- Prima was listed along with a handful of other beaten down biotechs in the Eureka Report the other day. Nothing to write home about but it is the first time that I know of that Prima has been mentioned in that newsletter.
