its not odd re spp details being delayed after the placement.

I would love for there to a big ann but mgmt legally can not know about it(technically) as it would need to be ann at time of raising.

I would also caution re 'Insto component' as these shares were offered to sophisticated investors, as i posted earlier i was offered some. I was spun the story re os instos as well but the amount could not be that great if it is going to these clients aswell
