    MDA had an outstanding loan balance to a related party (AEX) for $2,042,250. AEX has taken an impairment of $900,103 and has stated the the balance of $1,142,147 may be settled by the issuance of MDA shares.

    I'd like to review the financial statements to see why the loan was impaired.
