FML paid a meagre amount for 75% of TI, They then carried out thier own analysis via experts like chuck, dean (infact dean joined fml just for TI), Now they have acquired remaining 25% for much more than they have paid for initial 75%, why do you think that is?
why do you think that small time prospectors took a bigger percent of thier price in terms of FML options/shares and future royalty?
I understand it doesnot garantee anything but atleast it shows mgmts confidence in TI prospects and samros confidence in FML,
and yeah there is no garantee in this game, Its just RISK and REWARDS.
