The market today is saying that AND is gone.

42.5c seller and 42c buyer. Last sale at 42c.

KCN is trading at $6.30.

So much for AND's response to KCN released yesterday. Those who count in the market have seen how weak and flawed it was and laughed.

NOW there is NO PREMIUM in the AND price for another bidder.

Maybe KCN will announce in coming weeks the granting of their additional mining permits or a three year extension to the sell down?

That will drag the AND price up even higher.

It should be pretty obvious that if KCN withdrew its bid AND would probably immediately fall to the mid 30s.
