From what management have explained, they can get a Castlelake type deal without too much fuss.
This is what your management wants you should belief. I don't think this is true.
The reason why WKT don't get the funding from Castlelake was not the debt equity share. Also the project was ok. The reason was different, I am not allowed to tell you.

If holders know they will be looking for capital soon, they will hold out buying.
You had to have shares to get the new shares.
