    The admission of failure is the fact you had to walk in to an investment bank and sign a mandate with them...lets be clear..you are paying a bank to do DD on yourself and then they are going to try and sell those loan notes to their wealth portfolio or counterparties... But you are paying someone for that privilege. That's the failure.
