Well technically the BOD won't get the deal done, they had to obfuscate that responsibility because they:
- Failed previously
- Failed constantly
- Didn't have the skills
- Nobody took them seriously
- or all of the above.
Can I expand on what broker was going to fully debt fund the project? No I can't but you are really highlighting your own companies' stupidity, the BOD you have such faith in sent those term sheets and failed so hard the had to outsource a core management function.
