Its unlikely anyone would take it up seeing as you could buy on-market for cheaper.
Looks like the Board has alot to answer for, because the expense in setting up the share purchase plan has been flushed down the toilet. If you are a shareholder who wants the Board to be responsible for their actions/expenses, then feel free to write them a letter/e-mail about it.
