If they had wanted it pushed through l think they may have been able to.. not doing it l think is part of a strategy. Whether that's so it's not included in the quarterly for tax reasons or to avoid take overs or to have it coincide with another great announcement l believe there's a reason. It may be a reason we never hear about but if we don't need the cash now why rush it. It's not going to affect the SP anyway. With the state of the economy on a macro level there will have to be a bunch of patience required for most investments. I just hope we've already found the bottom and can consistently creep up through it all. On a positive note l still have full belief this industry is going to boom over the next couple of years no matter what.
