It wont stop a major party making an offer at the discounted CURRENT ASX prices, Future earnings are not present as yet so it is perfect timing for an offer to be made. These potential buyers would know all of the above potentials and would make an offer on values now not potential future values that have no exact formula to quantify precisely. If a takeover is made then it is up to the Directors to advise shareholders to either accept or decline. As a holder of a decent sized parcel I would obviously be holding out for as much as I can.
The current price of GXY is ridiculously low and we all know this BUT it won't stop potential buyers making offers
now rather than waiting for a recovery. I see a potential offer being made quickly IMHO
