Interesting company, but poor liquidity.
70% of the 168 million SOI are owned by the Tong family, who are involved in the day to day business.
Yesterday’s 8.5 cent close was not only a 52 week low, but in fact the lowest since listing in 2018. Interesting since only circa 50 million shares are held outside the family, and a recent raise at 17 cents. You would think these would support the SP, but still unable to do so. Something is wrong here…
