    This is the problem adam.s... the infomation should have been passed on to shareholders... and it is definately price sensitive. However, after the first case in WA the information was not released until AFTER the discontinue final date... It will be released before 31st August, I will guarantee you that mate...
    To answer your question, yes... no more writ's or actions now... the legal joke is now over. The question you need to ask youself is... do you want to vote in these 'people' as management... Not so much...
