With offices and jv partners in the fastest growing economies who are manoeuvring to negociate carbon targets etc etc .. some more production agreements,no debt by june /sept imho 50 cents in March on the start of production rally.Why not she has been to 35 cents before on less bullish ,profitable forward prospects.The potential market has grown hugely since ace spiked to 35 cents .America is making a serious push towards gas transport(HR1835),developments in India...
