Law of averages ,for ppl to take a direction when they are at lost with what s going around them .
Who predicted the japan earth quake, or the stupidity going on in greece ,different and unpredictable each day ?Shall i turn the news off, and concentrate on the chart ?
Maybe PM Julia, is a chartist ? it explains the progress of the gov popularity,but just as blind to see the end result.
I can see the "Minute to Minute " trading during a day.Still a guessing game based on past behavior.
