I reckon this Christmas will be rough for Gerry. Macro depression + Kogan & all that jazz. When things aren't going well, he tends to rant to the press - and I've been reading a lot of him lately.
Property backing is nice, but not going to be a source of significant capital gain in the near future. Commercial property is only really worth the cash it generates ...
I've taken a short position.
