DOM had about 55 mil in cash at end of Dec quarter.
They pay a divvie, yield about 3% (off the top of my head).
In other words. they have excellent cashflow and strong balance sheet.
Management is sound, they will not stretch themselves for an acquisition, unless it makes sense. IMHO
