Lest, yes that's exactly my reasoning... the flow rates are brilliant from a 2.36mm hole!!
A rule of thumb for water is that if you double the diameter of a pipe, you quadruple the flow.
Let's say for instance the 50BBLS/D is through a 2.5mm choke:
5mm = 200BBLS
10mm = 800BBLS
20mm = 3200BBLS
Round figures obviously, but I think it puts it into some perspective.
