Flw rates are in line with my expectations.

That choke size is too small (6/6"), so still early days for the operator to perforate the upper 2 zones or just continue further cleanup.
GGP had similar issues at their Jumonville#2 well last May, which after further cleanup, flw'd better. So, IMO profit taking can't b ruled out.
