it hasnt been rejected yet. there would be a lot of direct chatter between buyers and bigger holders interested in a sale, buyers and the board telling them they have buyers on board, and bigger holders pressing the board to get it done. the current radio silence is just that things are being hammered out and not efficient to progress with yet. bain always come in cheap off the bat, but stump up more in the arm wrestle. watch this space.
