I don't think AZZ management or holders should have any interest in establishing a 'floor' on the share price. In fact the lower the better as far as management and long term holders must be concerned. They just mop them up at the lowest possible level.
Judging by comments HC by those who have spoken to JC we won't see any major announcements until the next quarterly.
The next quarterly is due end of January. Until then, plenty of time to frustrate the traders and inpatient to sell down into the hands of management and those who believe in the management.
So I think AZZ may hover at the current levels until plans are announced. Brokers probably won't recommend it until plans are known. So it is one for the patient, the believers in management - my take it to sell out and come back just before the next quarterly if you can't handle the wait.
I suspect many here will stick around and continue to whinge instead.
