Strange games being played. My thoughts were that the upcoming budget may have something in it for ethanol industry. It has been to be a "green" budget. Ethanol should be a vote winner with farmers and the mortgage belt, as well as the latte set and seems to appeal to conservatives - particularly in US.
Just my speculation - haven't heard any gosspi.
