sometime traders dump huge sell orders to cap the price at a certain level, too scare buyers off and pick the shares up at a cheaper price.
its hard to tell if it is someone is capping the price or just selling down usually if you are selling down you wait for the orders to match your sell down price and then just place the sell order not dump a huge amount waiting to be bought as if you do that it may never reach that level.
