Hi Zacma, I agree we have experienced management and they should be more than capable to bring us to a successful TO or get us to Production.

The feeling by some appears to be that they are just not the best at managing the SP. Is it justified? Maybe partly? Hard to prove as that is subjective and hard to measure.

So people could be happy parking their money in FAR because management isn't incompetent, not many managers could do better under the circumstances and we still have a desirable world class asset. Yet they feel the SP is not managed the best. This is probably because our SP does not reflect the asset we have or the good work that management is performing.

So, they can feel not enough is being done regarding the SP but enough boxes are being ticked so they want to continue investing in FAR.

No point telling people to leave is they are not 100%happy with management. Not many are 100% happy in the performance of most managers out there.
