There is more than one interested party here, thus I think an attempt to drive down the price is in vain. Any sale at this level will soon be gobbled up. Of course everyone's interest is to get them as low as possible. However, the price goes to the winning bidder. There is no price for the runner up.There could be other reasons for the interest shown in PIR. My knowledge of this share is limited, but looking at the chart from where I stand, PIR does have legs. DYOR/IMHO
